Product Quality

We put hours of research & personal testing into the products that we make to ensure that they will provide you with excellent results. Where possible, the ingredients are organically grown and processed or wildcrafted responsibly.

We can’t provide you with medical advice, dosage information, potential product reactions, or assistance with questions relating to injury, illness, etc. As we are not licensed practitioners, pharmacists, or researchers, we are legally restricted from answering your health related questions.

The information provided by Yulia’s is not presented with the intention of diagnosing any disease or condition or prescribing any treatment. It is offered as information only, for use in the maintenance and promotion of good health in cooperation with a licensed medical practitioner. Return / Canceled Order Policy

Because of the types of products we sell, we cannot accept returned goods whether they were opened or not. If you cancel your order before it has shipped … and it has already been processed for shipment, you will incur a 15% restocking fee. That means if your order totaled $50 (as an example) then you will only be refunded $42.50.

Damaged Freight

Although every effort is made to ensure a safe delivery, sometimes an order is damaged during shipping. If this happens, please email us right away at [email protected]

Shipping

Our current shipping time is generally one to three business days from date of order. We would like you to know the following information about your order:

We hand manufacture all of our products, in small batches. This ensures that your product is fresh.
Each order is filled in the order it is received, then hand packed and hand labeled. This ensures that your product is fresh.
If speed of shipping is a big concern for you – we totally understand! However, our main focus is on fresh / quality products. And we do attempt to ship as quick as possible from there.

We offer free shipping on all products shipped within USA. If you order internationally, we will get back to you on exact shipping charges. All custom fees are the customers responsibility, based on whatever your country will charge.

Back orders

We strive to keep in stock all our items which are listed in this web site. From time to time, we do run into product shortages. If this happens, we will notify you of possible wait time.
