We put hours of research & personal testing into the products that we make to ensure that they will provide you with excellent results. Where possible, the ingredients are organically grown and processed or wildcrafted responsibly.
We can’t provide you with medical advice, dosage information, potential product reactions, or assistance with questions relating to injury, illness, etc. As we are not licensed practitioners, pharmacists, or researchers, we are legally restricted from answering your health related questions.
Information on this website has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The information provided by Yulia’s is not presented with the intention of diagnosing any disease or condition or prescribing any treatment. It is offered as information only, for use in the maintenance and promotion of good health in cooperation with a licensed medical practitioner. As individuals we all have different constitutions, sensitivities, allergic reactions and possible health conditions. Yulia’s is not responsible for any misuse of our products that you buy.

Return / Canceled Order Policy
Because of the types of products we sell, we cannot accept returned goods whether they were opened or not. If you cancel your order before it has shipped … and it has already been processed for shipment, you will incur a 15% restocking fee. That means if your order totaled $50 (as an example) then you will only be refunded $42.50.
Although every effort is made to ensure a safe delivery, sometimes an order is damaged during shipping. If this happens, please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our current shipping time is generally one to three business days from date of order. We would like you to know the following information about your order:
1. We hand manufacture all of our products, in small batches. This ensures that your product is fresh.
2. Each order is filled in the order it is received, then hand packed and hand labeled.
3. If speed of shipping is a big concern for you – we totally understand! However, our main focus is on fresh / quality products. And we do attempt to ship as quick as possible from there. Shipping is available through USPS only.
An e-mail containing tracking information will be sent to you once your package(s) have been shipped. To check the delivery status of your order, go to www.usps.com and enter the tracking number. You can view an estimate of your shipping costs before confirming your order. We use the USPS rate shipping box, which is often cheaper than UPS. For international customers, please note that we ship orders only thru the US postal system – we do not use private shipping companies. All custom fees are the customers responsibility, based on whatever your country will charge.
We strive to keep in stock all our items which are listed in this web site. From time to time, we do run into product shortages. If this happens, we will notify you of the back ordered items. Payment Terms: We accept payments through Paypal. If you wish to pay via regular mail, we accept cashiers checks and money orders and personal checks. Please note that we WILL hold your order for 10 business days after a personal check has been received until we are sure that your funds have cleared the bank. We do this because unfortunately the ‘bad few’ have ruined it for the ‘mostly good.’ Paying with Paypal system will allow you to pay with your Paypal account or with your credit card. It will ensure your order ships much quicker than the standard paper- through-the-mail system.
